This was the worst service ever. The technician left a hole on my wall and did not put the shower handle back as it was before he arrived. The shower was working. The only problem was that the handle was spinning. And the technician said he had never seen that Delta cartridge before and didn’t know how to make it stop spinning. This plumber knew nothing. He kept saying that the main valve would shut the water off after it was turned off but even though the flow of water had diminished, the water kept running and it never shut off. This is unacceptable. He even suggested that I put a picture to cover the hole on the wall. The technician knew NOTHING about plumbing and left a mess before leaving. Don’t use Golden West plumbing. Terrible service.
