Noel has completed several Home & Garden maintenance jobs at our house. A few weeks ago he built a concrete shed base at the back of the house and recently erected a 6 foot fence. This spring will be revamping our old patio with new decking, pergola and a brick built barbeque. Noel is a tidy, hard working, reliable guy who always listens to what we want and then gets the job done with no fuss or mess.
