Bestheat

Not a happy customer. Left us with a damaged boiler casing and the wrong wireless controller which also proved to be defective. They did not return to complete the work as promised and since being paid cannot be contacted. All their telephone numbers forward to a single mobile phone message box and emails are confirmed received but ignored. Of most concern is the 10yrs manufacturer's warranty they advertise. This was an important factor in our decision to award the work to them. According to Vaillant (the manufacturer) the 10yrs warranty does NOT exist and the boiler is actually only covered for 2yrs extended to 5yrs if installed by an approved engineer. Vaillant are investigating as they have received complaints from other customers about this issue. After experiencing a faulty heating system for 3 weeks in the middle of winter we had to get another engineer out to fit the correct controller and replace the damaged casing. Apparently Bestheat do appear to have installed the boiler correctly but we would certainly not recommend them.
