After calling and setting up a scheduled appointment, they never showed up to my house. They never called. They never returned my calls. I emailed, they never returned my email. Use a different service.

Eric is a knowledgeable and respectful contractor, He has years of experience and his work is phenomenal! Always clean and never pushes for something that you don't need. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Was initially very impressed with Eric. After having 2 other repair services not show up for appointments, I called him, and he came out within 2 hours. He was nice and seemed professional. We talked about a number of different projects we wanted to complete on our home. He provided us a great quote. I immediately approved it. He said he was going on vacation for 10 days but would get to this when he returned. That was March 18th. 3 and a half weeks later, there is still a gaping hole in our entry foyer ceiling. I have repeatedly tried texting and calling him to no avail. I've asked him to just let me know if it's too small a job so we can just all move along. On April 6th, he left a message on my phone for "James," apparently another client with a dryer issue??? Finally, he said he could make time on Wednesday the 8th. I said fine. He never responded with a time or confirmation. At 12:33pm on Wednesday when I was at a work meeting, he left me a message attempting to confirm our appointment for that afternoon. That would've been great had we actually made an appointment. Since then he's MIA. Not returning phone calls. Not responding to text messages. I have kept record of all our communication. I love support local small business so this is a huge disappointment. But I guess it's a great sign that he's got so much business that he can blow off prospective clients and referrals.
