A small job, turned into a battle but Kelly won. Absolutely amazed, how quickly he came out gave a price. There was some issues, that didn't stop him doing a fantastic job. I will be using him again and letting everyone else know how good he is. Cost was competitive. Time extended which was out of his control. The quality of the work outstanding.

Impressive work, top bloke. After speaking to a few bathroom fitters, I chose to go with Paul. His prompt visit and quote, talking me through various options, friendly and professional approach made me feel at ease with what seemed like an ominous job, complete rip out of old bathroom back to brick work and refit. He took all the stress out of the job, suggesting fittings and options where I wouldn’t have known where to start. When the job came he was on time, worked the full day through, consulted with me to ensure I was happy with the progress each day. He even threw in the fitting of an outdoor utility tap whilst refitting the plumbing. From first phone call to completed job he has been easy to contact, turned up when he said he would, I have not had to chase him for anything. The finished bathroom is very smart, my sister says it looks like it’s in a posh hotel. I would use him again and recommend him.

Paul has done two bathroom jobs for us ... installing a shower in cubicle and removing a bath and replacing with a whole new shower unit ... and both have been done to the highest standard of workmanship and at very reasonable rates. Paul is a lovely friendly guy ... polite, helpful, accommodating, good communication by email and phone, obviously a very good plumber and tiler, clear estimates and work came in to or under budget ... so we've been extremely pleased with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him. The second job was done at my son's flat. Tom has autism and finds noise and social interaction stressful. Paul kindly worked around Tom's needs, which has been very much appreciated. If you want any plumbing or bathroom work doing, Paul's your man!

We contacted Paul not really knowing where to start with our bathroom, which needed complete refurbishmenr. We have a small room in a very old and characterful cottage and it was essential to us to get someone who would understand our needs and budget. Paul responded very promptly and visited us, chatting us through the process and reassuring us he could complete the rip out, plastering, tiling, plumbing , electrics as needed, provide a skip, and order our new suite at a discount price. He has arrived on time each day, and got on with the job with a courteous manner, solved any hitches without fuss, been tidy, flexible, professional and organised and put together a bathroom we are proud of, just as promised.
