Just wasted 2 hours of my time cause they couldn’t keep an appointment

I am not happy with the service this company did to my property. I asked this company to run a new gas line and storm water for my property. when they done the digging they damage my aircon. I had asked for them to fix it they (Keith) said they will and never come back to fix. They booked day for them to come and never turn up to fix, they give excuses after excuses, however they very prom with asking for payment. I really had enough, I am going to take this to consumer business. But for all the other out their beware if you going to use this company service. I believe that everyone have the right to write a review and their thought on the service but after I post this review 5 minutes later I received a message, seem like a thread. Below is the message I received if anyone interested.

I just want to say a big thank you to Devine Plumbing. Our hot water system died and Devine Plumbing were recommended to me by a work colleague. They were so friendly and prompt and we had a new hot water system the very next day. I would thoroughly recommend Devine Plumbing to my family and friends.

Devine Plumbing are so helpful! As a woman, I worry that tradesmen are going to rip me off! They can also be very condescending. My plumber from Devine explained everything carefully to me and broke down the costs for me, so I knew I wasn't being taken for a ride. The service was friendly and prompt and I recommend everyone to use them!
