Perfect customer service off Gemma and Pete who ensured the lengthy diagnosis and remedy of my toilet underground excavation problem was dealt with very professionally and efficiently. All the staff that were involved with my job were very patient and informative throughout the entire process. Engineers were extremely friendly but professional. My husband and I would strongly recommend Drainage Consultants to anyone that required help with plumbing and drainage work completing.

Called Drainage Consultants Ltd and they suggested we needed a drainage inspection to investigate our problem. They were fast to come out and after the investigation we were presented with the results in an easy to read format outlining the issues with the required corrective action suggested. Really refreshing to have a company be as quick and reliable as they have been. Would definitely recommend!

Called Drainage Consultants on a Bank Holiday to investigate a suspected blocked toilet at our home. They sent someone out to assess the problem within an hour and returned with parts to repair within hours. I highly recommended this professional service.
