Letting Agent Hartlepool Jackson and Copeland Ltd

As a long distance landlord I am very mindful of who manages my properties. Jackson and Copeland are fantastic at what they do and I would have no trouble recommending them to landlords operating in the Hartlepool area

We gave our one rental house to Jackson and Copeland after having nothing but trouble with it for the last 2 years. They have now found us a lovely tenant who we have met and they are looking after the house and im getting my rent every month on time. Extremely happy with there service.

This is a poor agent for landlords. I would only recommend them if you're looking for an agent who takes 1 - 3 weeks to respond to emails or often doesn't reply at all. Or if you want your agent to ignore requests/instructions regarding your property. Also if you enjoy very poor/little communication and appreciate being patronised, this is the company for you.
