Bag-Pipe Plumbing

I called Brad when I had water pouring from my basement ceiling and had no idea where it was coming from. He came over that day and determined that my pipe behind my kitchen sink had completely eroded away (partly my fault for pouring Drano trying to unclog it). He worked late ensuring the job got done and at a price I could afford. Great service and great work. Haven't had a problem since.

The folks at Bagpipe plumbing did an excellent job. They quickly and effectively fixed my issue. They were extremely courteous and professional and have won my business going forward.

I called this business because I had used them many times before. When someone named Brady arrived he told me the previous owner had sold the business to his cousin named Wes and he was working for him. To my knowledge Brady does not have a license to be a plumber. Long story short, he angered a pipe and drilled a hug hole in the bottom of it. While he was downstairs with my husband we notices water dripping through the ceiling tiles. We flipped. I said I would call the builder and get the original plumber over to cut the hole in the wall and whatever else it took to fix the mess. Brady said that he would make everything good for us, he didn't. He did a great bit of yelling at me, I have received NO payback for the damage and the cost out of our pocket was considerable. I will NEVER call this bunch of people to assist me again.
