Lee was fantastic from the initial phone call right through until he left my property. He was extremely genuine, funny and an all round top bloke who kept me informed of what he was doing at every stage and made everything simple and easy during this stressful time in my personal life. Very good service. He worked for our house Several times. He is very professional and helpful.

We booked him on Sat to install a gas hob and he said he would arrive 4-5pm Wed. At 5pm we phoned him and he said he would arrive at 6pm. At 6.15pm we phoned him again and he asked if we could wait until next Thursday. Not exactly reliable! We cancelled and went out for dinner.

Used Lee twice for boiler service and repair jobs. Each time he arrived on time. Carried out jobs quickly and cleanly and kept me fully informed of what the problems were and what he was doing. Highly recommended.
