Each and every one of the Glen Farrow team are a pleasure to deal with. We purchased a commercial Biomass Boiler system from them 3 years ago and the support we have received both in person (we are over 4 hours away!) and via phone/email has been exceptional. The team at Glen Farrow have worked closely with me to develop and supply a bespoke log drying system on my farm. They have been professional, efficient and personable to deal with. There is always someone on the end of the phone when needed, who understands my individual setup.
