AVOID! Unprofessional and criminal causing damage to property This 'plumber' turns up for a boiler repair quote then wants to charge £40 without notifying beforehand of any call out fees. Does a 5min leaking pipe fix - told him I would pay £20 for the trouble which he agreed. Sends invoice for £40 without a business address etc. Then turns up at my tenant’s flat without my permission to remove the rubber ring he fitted to pipe because I didn't pay his invoice after 3 days! This caused a leak and damage to the kitchen floor and units. He will be taken to the courts - AVOID at all cost!
