Do not use this company! This company asked for my card details at the time of booking for the call out fee. Their plumber informed me I needed remedial work to my boiler that would cost £1,500. I got a second opinion and it was fixed for £100. When I checked my statement a month later, ARD has taken a further unauthorised £120 on top of the call out fee. They say it's for extra time spent at my property but this was not flagged or agreed to. It's no wonder plumbing companies have a bad reputation with cowboys like this out there. Please avoid them at all cost - they are untrustworthy.
