I am extremely disappointed with the quality of products Home Depot is selling. I'm starting to believe they are selling "seconds". We purchased 7 items to renovate our guest bathroom. 6 of those 7 products was damaged, including the toilet (which is pretty tough to return after the plumber installed it.) Extremely frustrating. I am not purchasing any more products from Home Depot.
