My brother in laws A/C died on July 5th. He received a quote from a contractor for a whole new system, which came with a very high price. I contacted Steve ( who I haver done business with for 12 years) on July 8th. Steve provided me with an estimate to repair the system at a much lower cost. Edgewater did the work on July 11th. The reason for the expedited work was that my brother in law is 100 years old.

Edgewater provided a really fair quote and far exceeded my expectations (I had a pretty bad experience with a plumbing company before who left me wondering what the next company would be like). They showed up when they said they would, didn’t leave me hanging and completely the work in a timely manner - which was especially important being the property in question is a vacation rental. Overall great service, fair price and they properly explained to me what needed doing and why.

We hired Edgewater to retrofit out house with central A/C and a few splits. They did an outstanding job, kept to the promised schedule and price. I found them to be very knowledgeable about how to do the project and then the installer, Doug, dis a great job. The work area was always neat and clean. He kept us up to date every day about the progress and included us whenever a decision was going to be made. I moved here from New Hampshire so I didn’t have any bias about who to hire and hired these guys based on my realtor’s recommendation. I am thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend them.,
