Hi All, Be careful while you request for a service with this agency.. My experience was worst with this agency. Before I requested for this service, I have investigated the problem with out side plumbers. when this agency engineer came to investigate the property, the engineer simply said that this job size a time taking one (5-6hours) and you cannot Bare our agency cost which is a very high. And he gave us one phone numbers, that guy will do this for very less. But, straight away, the agency lady called me and said that we have charged £110 from my account. Guys, please be careful. I don’t want any one to lose money like me. Thank you Vijay
