Referred by Christopher's Plumbing for an issue with a house I was buying. Perfect customer service and they were the only company who answered their phone within a 10 mile radius around them.... everyone else went to voicemail. And they served me within 48 hours. Awesome! The plumber, Jason did a fantastic job replacing the sprayer, parts on the kitchen faucet and finding a solution to the gurgling drain! He was professional, thorough and patient with the lengthy process of repairs. The cost was very reasonable.

The staff at Garvin's were amazing!!! They handled my last-minute request with ease, professionalism, and speed which allowed me to stay on track with the closing of my house. Their pricing is beyond reasonable and the work that they did was great. I highly recommend hiring them for your next sewer project and can't thank them enough for their service.

We had such a great experience with this company today. We received a call right away to set up a schedule for today. They work around our schedule today and arrive before our set schedule time. He waited until we arrived home and was ready for the job. Hunter was very professional and willing to listen to what our problem was with the bath tub draining. He promptly fixed the drain and cleared out our little clog but found the true route of the problem was with the bath tub stopper. He let us know his opinion and an option to help with hair going down the drain and to catch it. Thank you very much for respecting our home and having compassion for our simple problem! These guys are the worst company I have dealt with!!! They promised they would map our sewer line to the city and instead found a path to our old septic system that we had told them about ahead of time. Their guy Steve is a combination of belligerence and incompetence that is hard to beat. Their own previous report contradicts the "camera work" that they did. The reason for their horrible attitude is clear - it comes from a line of incompetent work. They are the sewer line!!!! I gave them one star because I could not give them -5 stars!!!
