impact bathrooms and trades needs

What can I say? Absolutely amazing! Ok, so when I first went looking for a bathroom I really liked what I saw, but had already spoken with another company and when I went back to them to say I was going to go with Impact instead they said they would match the price so I said fine. Worst mistake of my life! The other company got a very large deposit (wanting half of what the bathroom was to be in total) then for 2 days, wrecked my home and my life. I went down to Impact to order a new bath, like the one I was supposed to have in the first place. I showed them what I had been left with from the other company. I explained I would be replacing things bit by bit (the only way I could after parting with my money to the other company) I was shown such kindness and understanding from Impact at a time I felt I was falling apart. Not only did I come away that day with a new bath, but what I had been waiting over 20 years for. My dream bathroom. The lads looked after me from start to finish and when I said I could only afford a little so had to just make do, they made sure no corners were cut. When I told the people I work with along with my family, they didn't belive me, in a world that has become dog eat dog, where everyone seems only to be out for themselves, I can honestly tell you these lads aren't like that at all. Impact Bathrooms I thank you from the bottom of my heart, I now have the bathroom I have waited so long for and you have shown me there are still some good people out there, something I thought had gone forever.

No pressure sales and advice from Dave and a wonderful installation by Gary. Professional and trustworthy company with great attention to detail.

Our old bathroom was virtually useless. David helped us pick out some nice materials for the new one. Absolutely stunning bathroom. The guys were great and very helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I purchased my shower last year from David who is very helpful friendly, we have had a few issues with shower screen escape of water no fault of impact bathroons I called David foe advice he was very helpful we would like to thank you so much really appreciate everything u have done def recommend
