I have had Paul come out on 2 occasions to rectify another plumbers poor boiler installation. Paul did all the items listed and did a fantastic neat job with attention to detail. He explained everything to me afterwards and gave time to answer my questions. All at a very competitive rate and with professional and friendly approach to his work.

My boiler broke down on Sunday evening. Paul attended promptly and diagnosed the problem very quickly. It turned out I needed a new boiler (verified by two further plumbers). Obviously just prior to Christmas, Paul was extremely busy, but re-arranged his schedule to accommodate me. The standard of workmanship was extremely high, and Paul was very professional, trustworthy and polite. I would highly recommend him.
