I had a great experience with The Key Concierge, always SUPER responsive, very professional, flexible, and several times even going the extra mile to make sure our apartment was serviced well. They took care of so many things, from managing contractors for apartment's repairs; to dealing with our real state broker, which many times was difficult to handle. At home, we never worried about leaving work to take care of any matter related to the apartment, as Key Concierge was there to help. Fully trustful and reliable team. I recommend them hands down!!

I've been using the team at The Key Concierge for the past 8 years and have become reliant on them for a great number of hugely varying services. From the simple and easy to more bizarre, nothing has been too difficult. The most brilliant thing is their enthusiasm and ability to get things done, even with almost no notice. Long term customer and can't recommend them enough. Always available to help with issues and have also helped with some larger projects - decoration, plumbing, building etc. Definitely worth giving them a go.
