Michael has serviced my boiler for the past 2 years and has also completed emergency repairs to a leaking hot water cylinder, coming out within 30 minutes of my call on a Saturday evening and just days before Christmas. Michael has also carried out general plumbing work for myself and my parents. He is very reliable, professional, knows his trade really well and has huge amounts of patience! He explains absolutely everything he is doing and I feel totally confident with him. Michael is very professional and always courteous. He has a lot of knowledge and is explaining all the bits in what he is doing, which is very assuring for a person who doesn't know. He is always doing the annual service for the gas boiler and all the other checks.
