I have been dealing with an urgent matter for a few weeks and B & K have both come out to work. They don't provide he same suggestions for repairs and have cost me money that I didn't have to spend. With no resolution. The fees they charge are extremely high for the task at hand. I am not happy.

Great local company! Highly recommend. Always prompt and courteous. They came out ON thanksgiving one year to clean out our septic tanks. Very thankful and will always use American!

I think anyone giving a bad review for American septic services must be confused with a similar named company. I have used Kevin and his family business for 10 years now. Kevin saved me from buying a house that had severe septic issues. He also made sure the house I ended up buying had a properly working system. And just this weekend I had issues with my drainage and he sent one of his crew to fix a problem to hold me over for the weekend. And they did all that with no charge. So I use his services every time I need it and I tell everyone out where I live I’d never use anyone else.

They worked around a busy mom’s schedule and that is hard to find! Super friendly! Will be using them for our septic needs!
