Worst service ever. Got messed around for over a week. Jumped into neighbours garden without permission broke their slab and drain cover. Chased them for 5 days for a quote after they came out yet still no joy got another company in who came and sorted the problem within 12 hrs. Avoid these lot.

Hate writing bad reviews but here goes.....I had an appointment booked with them for a Friday at 9:30am. Rushed back home to get there. Nobody showed up and then at 11:30 I got a call from them asking if we could postpone it. Bank holiday weekend meant that Tuesday at 8am was the next time. Tuesday 8am nobody showed up. I phoned. I got through to an out of hours man who asked me to call back in 15 minutes. Then when I called there was no answer. I got another drainage company to do it. Ironically when the new worker started the job at 10:30 on the Tuesday, this company finally showed up. Don't know what they're like normally but this wasn't good at all.

Terrible avoid could have done a better job myself.

Excellent service. Cleared the blockage quickly. Very happy. Would recommend to anyone. Well deserved 5 star rating.
