I had bathroom fitted said it would take 2-3 days actually took 2 weeks. Work was done well but small faults let them down. Communication not good and didnt always show up when said with no reason why.took days off work to make sure i was in and didnt show up all day.wouldnt use again

Came out to see me on New Years Eve when no one else would. No questions asked. Identified the problem and fixed it there and then. Used him again since for a hard to find intermittent problem with the boiler he was determined to find and fix and he did even though it took a few visit.
