Paramount Plumbing & Heating

This Buisness was a true disappointment. We have not had hot water for over a week. We initially schedule an appointment for a Friday. The Buisness then contacted us on Friday asking to reschedule to Saturday, we agreed. Then the buisness called to reschedule that appointment due to being stuck at another job. We agreed and asked if there was anything we could pick up that they might need to work on the water heater as Bosch equipment is not stocked in our area. We went to a local plumbing supply store and purchased the needed items. The next appointment was schedule for Sunday at 8 am. Sunday rolls around 8 o’clock, 9 o’clock no plumber. We tried to call and text several times with no response. We are extremely disappointed as this waisted three more days without hot water when we could have contacted someone else. The lack of respect for our time and buisness is extremely disappointing when the company came recommended by the local plumbing supply store and contractor.

Paul was easy to work with and had a small job done for us in a snap. When nobody else would return our calls Paramount showed up and got the job done.
