Electrical side only. Updated following conversation. Admin was poor: Having initially been told that the report hadn't been done (and I could wait until it was provided before paying - hence the delay) I have now just been told that the report had been done on the day but due to a confusing set up it wasn't particularly useful. I'm not sure why I wasn't told this at the time. All a bit of a hassle and slow, but they've got their money and I've got the certificate they said they would provide. I would advise using email so that everything is recorded.
