Foxtons engaged this firm to provide a Gas Safety Certificate prior to a tenant moving into our Twickenham flat. They found one of the hob burners to be "stalling" on simmer. Instead of making a 10" adjustment to the burner, they disconnected the hob and tried to get us to have a new hob fitted for £350. They were persuaded to go back and adjust the burner (for £77!). Their response to my subsequent email was rude and displayed no understanding of our grievance. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Shame I have to give them one star.

Do not use this company in professional there lady called MADALINA she give the worse customer service she laugh and chat away they don’t keep to their appointment i waited for them over than 3 month to do important job and the engineer ANDREW always have issue not attendance car accidents not feel well come before time My advice stay away do not use them

I received an excellent service from this company when they installed a new boiler and radiators.

if there is a below one star rating I will give it to this company . I had the worst nightmare experience with them. I had a leaking tap ,I was charged twice at £85 and £90 for the plumber to come just to confirm the tap was leaking. He was unable to open the bolt and suggested changing the whole tap system . He promised to order the parts but never came back to us . its been 3 weeks now and despite repeatedly calling the firm no action was taken. I ended up calling a different plumber who fixed it in half an hour with out the need to change the whole system. will never ever request their service ( more like lack of service) again.
