Called on 25th June 2018 and arranged visit for same day or over next couple of days. Subsequently sent text message with some details and address. Didn’t attend so sent text on 26th June 2018, nothing. Another message on 27th June 2018 to inform we’re out and busy. No further correspondence at all. I checked online over that weekend for another tradesman and attended as agreed. Sadly with regret, I am unable to rate this plumber positively. It is really baffling how they perform at their business like this. Especially with an already negative review.
Very unprofessional plumber, would not recommend. After boiler installation I was left with two not working radiators upstairs, two stopcocks (he put new stopcock in different place instead of replacing the old one, now I have to close boath of them in order to shut the water in the house) and his assistant put a wrong fuse to the boiler plug, luckily I checked after installation. I tried to speak to him over the phone, he kept blaming me that I piped up the system incorrectly, though, just before installation he said the system is fine. In the case the system was wrongly piped up, what kind of professional would have gone ahead with boiler installation? Eventually he hung up and stopped answering text messages.
