Jacob H. repaired some electrical items in my home and also installed smoke detectors. He was incredibly honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I sincerely enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite awhile. Thank you so much for your help!

We had a very positive experience with Ulises! I am one of those customers that will have a ton of questions and will want a full understanding why a repair is needed. Ulises went in great length and time to walk through what was needed for the repair with pictures. He was patient and professional with all my questions. Our AC unit is 16+ years old and we were the ones that brought up the conversation of replacement versus repair and he leaned us towards the less expensive. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I had two other companies lined up to give me quotes, but after after our interaction with Ulises we felt more than comfortable and confident we were getting a fair price and excellent service. I would recommend Dr. Fix it for AC service/repair and request Ulises!

My air conditioner froze up inside the furnace (coils). Dr. Fix It sent someone out the next day. I told the tech I knew we should replace our furnace and he got me an appt with someone to discuss that. He fixed my air and graciously explained everything and showed my where there were issues. I met with Eric to see about replacing my furnace and went with them because their quote was ballpark for estimates I've seen in this area. Two days later my furnace was replaced, the new coils for air conditioning charged and a new thermostat. System works great! They are excellent at customer service and all know their stuff. I was very impressed and will use Doctor Fix-It for all future plumbing, heating and electrical issues I have in my old house!

My entire appointment was a big sales pitch. Some lies and a pretty bad attitude from the technician when he couldn't get me to bite on the outrageous quotes. Called another company after Ulises left and got a better, more efficient system for 1/3 of the price. Doctor Fix-It isn't the only company out there that will rip you off but WOW I've never had such a negative and aggressive person try to sell me something. I just purchased a new car and was treated better. Yes, I was treated better by an used car salesman! I'm sure Doctor Fix-It will be happy to hear that their technician was doing his job. Too bad they push their employees to rob unsuspecting customers. Hope all that extra money stolen from customers is giving somebody a great life. Do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes. It could save you thousands in the end.

These guys are awesome. Excellent service at a fair price. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They gave me an estimate in January and honored the estimate 6 months later. I checked around at COSTCO, Lowes and Home Depot. I'm pretty sure I got a fair. I'm a customer for life. I'm going to need my air-conditioner serviced this year.
