We had our'e toilet system replaced by you in 2015. And from the start it never flushed very well. It got to the point where it wouldn't flush at all. Then we had to call out a professional plumber to fix the problem. The plumber said the system wasn't fitted very well. Plus he said that the part that needed to be replaced had been tampered with. And only a 30 day guarantee that's a joke for a start.!!!. And for over £400 plus my mother was conned. And i am ashamed of you're company. AVOID this business at all costs. ????????????

Worst and waste of time the customer service is abusive argumentative and cancelled my appointment without my consent and wasted an afternoon waiting for the plumber whom never showed. But they seemed to more concerned just how I intended to pay for the service, despite bellowing at me and throwing attitude to me a paying customer. I ended up calling Pimlico plumbers whomnarrived a half hour after my call with Dyno.... I would rather pay the extra £7 pounds for a blocked sink for excellent customer service and speedy dispatch. Never again will I use this as well as the British Gas number was just as bad as they couldn’t find my appointment as whom ever cancelled my appointment cost me a full afternoon off work. Avoid full stop. Truly abysma.....

As per my telephone conversation with you this morning. I would to express my sincere thanks to one of your engineers (Vincent) who attended to a leak at my property, last night. The call was initially made via my British Gas home care breakdown policy. Within 5 minutes of me placing the call, Vincent called to give me a ETA. He then phoned back again stating that he would attend the property within 20 minutes... Vincent did indeed arrive within the 20 minutes and when he arrived he immediately offered to remove his footwear to protect my wooden flooring. He was very courteous and polite throughout his visit. He was able to assess the job very quickly and also give his opinion on what he thought was causing the leak and a price for any future work that could possibly be needed. What I found most refreshing, was to find a engineer that did not immediately take out his clip board and give me a bill for £650 for work that wasn't needed or warranted. It really was good old fashioned customer service that unfortunately in these has now become a rarity. Please can you see that Vincent does get some form of recognition. He is a real credit to your company and could you please pass on my sincere thanks to him. Francesca - W14

An engineer was able to attend my property pretty much straight away... and my heating issue was resolved faster that i expected, which was brilliant! Friendly and polite... great customer service all round! W6

Had them twice already doing plumbing jobs in my home and on each occasion, the guys were professional, patient and friendly. It might cost you slightly more than the typical plumber but given the really poor experience I had with plumbers hired on Rated people or recommended by acquaintances, I highly recommend a company like Dyno. I hope their services will remain at the same level of quality as they are now!
