They came quickly and addressed the problem quickly and correctly as well. I have only one bathroom, which was leaking into the downstairs, so it was important for a quick analysis and repair. Adam was cautious, thorough and very polite, but worked consistently and constantly until the problem was completely resolved and other potential issues were ruled out. Adam was a very nice individual, and was completely respectful of the difficulties involved in working with some of the old plumbing involved in my 100+ year old house. And overall, the expense was very reasonable, given the ultimate reassurance that the job was thorough and done well.
