Mike thoroughly explains the job and options and is a perfectionist in his craft. He treats jobs as is he was working on his own house. He's the consummate professional.
Excellent company: Honest, fair and reliable! He is so professional and wears shoe covers when he comes into the house. He is neat and clean with the work that he does, and he is meticulous with his work, too, making sure to fix everything right the first time. I have never had a problem with Mike. He is a Master Plumber with many years of experience, and it really shows.
Total jerk. Seemed like a nice guy at first but tried to charge us $850 for a job that should have cost less than $300. He even said he was cutting us a deal. We called Around The Clog and they sorted us out for less than $300. This guy is a scam and tried to take advantage of us and our situation. Definitely DO NOT USE HIM!
Used Mike many many times over the years and has always done a great job at a fair price. Just called for another service call.
