was let down by other company in the morning found these guys on the net in the afternoon and they found time to come out after he finished work and look at my boiler and talk about fixing it, I have now ordered the bits and flow and glow are doing it . I must say very good from the first phone call to coming out , very good service would recommend 10 out of 10 Thanks a lot
