Tom fitted a new Ideal Vogue combi boiler for us and it is so much better than the boiler it replaced. Everyone else was saying that we should get a Worcester Bosch but the Ideal was cheaper and came with a ten year guarantee, whilst the Worcester Bosch only had a five year guarantee. Tom was cheaper than other quotes we had but he was super professional. From the moment Tom arrived, I knew that we were in safe hands. He covered all the carpeting with a sticky backed plastic to protect it. He cleared up after him and took all the old boiler parts away. His pipework is immaculate. Tom also fixed the kitchen taps and installed an outside tap. Everything he did, he did thoroughly. When he replaced the cartridges in the taps, he cleaned all the limescale off and serviced the other bits of the tap. We are really please with everything he did, he will be our first choice, should we need anything else.
