Great service and friendly

What a lovely community service they provide! We are new home owners, and we did a lot of laundry and had a "smell" in the basement. Thought for sure we would need septic service. Called, spoke to a very helpful service tech that walked us through the possible reasons for "the smell" and even told me a few things to try on my own that wouldn't require a service call. He helped me initially troubleshoot my issue even though it made him no money! Now that's a community service! We will DEFINITELY be using Tri County Septic Pumping in the future for our septic needs.
