Great company. After trying to get someone out to a boiler leak and people not turning up a work colleague gave me J W Brierley's number. From the first phone call to a new boiler being fitted, fantastic customer service. Came to look at the fault and advised what could be done, repair or new boiler but not pushy. Said we would receive quote the next day which we did. Received curtesy call a couple of days later from Debbie again not pushy and left it to us. Decided to have new boiler. Totally professional, clean tidy and friendly. From now on these will be my first contact.

Wanted a new shower fitted and was promised a visit st lunch time. I took day off work and waited....and waited. A no show then got a call at 3.50 to be told as it's a shower an electrician would also be needed but he's on holiday. Why it took till 3.50 on a Wednesday for him to realise his mate was on holiday when arrangements had been made the previous week I've no idea. I was then promised a call on the following Monday to reschedule. Guess what? No call. Don't waste your time and use someone else.

Genuine family run business. Wouldn’t use anyway one else . Trustworthy
