Mr. Plumber

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

Excellent experience. Jeff is very easy to talk with and work with, which can be surprisingly rare in this industry. Exceptionally nice gentleman. Came in and did the work while we were out of town and did a great job. Charged about 1/3 of what other plumbers quoted. We will 100% for sure work with him in the future.

Jeff has been quick to resolve my plumbing issues, several times now. He and his assistant are courteous, clean and trustworthy. They have done work while I am away from home and everything was left neat as a pin! Mr. Plumber gets my recommendation and five stars!!

We have used Mr. Plumber for a wide variety of jobs: replacing a water heater, fixing a leaky toilet, replacing a shower valve, repairing outdoor taps. Jeff is a good communicator, shows up on time and does the work quickly and efficiently for a competitive price. I recommend him whenever my friends or co-workers need a plumber.

I called them to fix a sewage issue and they were not able to fix the problem effectively. My tenants threatened to vacate because of the recurring sewage issues. I was forced to call another company to fix the problem.
