I would love to be able to inform you that there were two Roto-Rooter technicians who came out one came out on Saturday this past Saturday and his name is Kevin. Another came out yesterday Monday morning his name is Alex. I was exceptionally pleased with their work ethics and with their pleasing and comforting personalities. It was a joy to have them in our home and anytime we have any issues with plumbing one or the other of these precious young men will be requested. Thank you for providing our home with the best quality work possible and we are exceptionally happy to have met them. If any of them are due for a raise or a bonus I would suggest that both of them are considered. Update: after receiving a promise from the local Roto-Rooter manager to refund the shakedown money they took from me, it’s been two weeks and I have yet to receive the refund. Just another way they’re trying to take advantage of their customers.... Original Review: I was told by roto rooter that there would be a $69 trip charge, that was waived if I go with their service. I was also told they would show up between 9-1. We’ll 1:15 rolls around and they finally show up, and quote me $500 for a half hour of work. Well obviously I’m not gonna approve that work - they might as well have quoted me $2000. I don’t feel it was necessary to pay a trip charge for not even showing up on time. Well the “lovely” person at the office said they’d be happy to put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay the $69. What a racket. Show up late, force trip charge payment for a ridiculously high quote, threaten a customer, and then leave with my money. Awful awful awful.
Definitely would rate 10 stars if I could. This company has provided me with the most professional, caring, sympathetic, and polite servicemen I have ever met. Adam was able to help identify a major clog problem, was able to explain it in simple terms for me and my family to understand. Bob will be working on the mainline in my basement, we were able to discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of life while working on the problems as they arose. Robert is very professional, while being extremely friendly. Mark and Luke will be helping with the clean up of the series of projects that need to be done. I will guarantee peak service from this company, as well as these people listed above. I have never felt more valued and understood by so many people at one time. I will be handing out this phone number to ANYONE that is considering any work done. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
The tech team(Kevin and Alex) that came out was awesome???? Kevin, who came out Saturday night to fix my clogged toilet was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. He gave us good advise for the future and we will ask for him, whenever we call roto-rooter. Your other tech Alex, came out on Monday morning to look at our pipes using the seesnake, gave us the same experience we felt with Kevin. The joy we had interacting with your techs, was something we will never forget????????????????????????
