Be warned! On the positive - turned up the day called to quote for replacement of kitchen sink pipes. Downhill from here. Turned up late for job with no attempt to communicate. Left his junior to do the job without the necessary equipment. Job completed with some difficulty. Later found pipes were left too short to connect back to sink taps! Avoided our calls for several days, only answered when we called on number he didn't know. Tried to blame me and became quite unpleasant. Finally agreed to put job right the next day, but never showed and has since failed to respond to any communication since (nearly a month ago)! To top it off he knew the job was urgent as my heavily pregnant wife would be left having to cart buckets of water downstairs to the sink due to fact I would be away overseas that week...
