I called up on behalf of my elderly father for a job to be done at his house. Very quick response and the work was carried out straight away. My dad was treated very well as well which I hugely appreciate as I was unable to be at the property at the time and he has trouble hearing and walking. Highly recommended

AM PM were tremendous last week. We had an issue with our mains supply - a lead pipe that quite suddenly burst over a weekend, and the insurance company's emergency call-out could only shut the water off, as the pipe was incredibly difficult to access and work with. True to the other positive reviews here, Dave took my call between other jobs - but the moment I said 'we've been without water for 3 days' he said he'd make a call, move somethings around and try to come over to take a look immediately to at least assess our options and give guidance. He was at our house 15 minutes later. He explained a few different routes we could take, suggested which one he'd go with to get water back on asap with minimum damage to the property. He then spent his time working to make sure he had fully traced the issue and made it so that he could access the pipe and leak, explaining what he was doing as he went. The next morning he returned with his excellent plumbing partner (also called Dave) and 2.5 hours later we had water restored. Highly recommended for cost, approach, behaviour, attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely rubbish service. I called for a quote just now and he turned around and said "ah leave it, I can't be asked for it" and hung up. Definately will never recommend to anyone. Clearly doesn't enjoy his job!!

Was new to the area and looking for a good reliable plumber who's not trying to rip everyone off - Dave was great and very reasonable. Will be sure to use again for future jobs! Thanks very much!
