My sister asked them to look at the boiler of a very elderly relative which had stopped working. When we phoned back to see if they'd found the problem, they'd already started to install a new one. They charged £3,600. Very expensive. It would have been more honourable to have checked back with my sister before starting work. This is not how I expect a company to treat elderly people. I recommend you to be careful if using them.

I have paid over £300 for an intermittent water leak that is still not fixed. In a crazy moment i called them again for a 3rd attempt but in the 3 days interim the leak appeared to stop. I rang to cancel the appt and they said oh we’ll just have a look anyway. They sent an apprentice who was in my house less than five minutes and said there was nothing wrong. I’ve now received a bill for £40 and.......I still have a water leak!

Fantastic service. Engineers always prompt, polite, clean and tidy. Would happily recommend. Nothing is too much trouble for Stocker & Sons Ltd. They do what they say they will do and turn up when they say they will. What more could you ask for?
