I am an architect and St.Albans home owner. On returning from a family holiday on Sunday evening we switched on the hot water and water started leaking through the ceiling and the electricity went off. I tried 4 or 5 ‘ St.Albans 24hour Emergency Plumbers’ from the Internet - they did not pick up or were not willing to attend. Ben answered and was with us in 15 minutes. With friendly and calm professionalism he stopped the leak and advised us on drying out and getting the hot water and electricity back on- basically how to get our home back up and running.
