Hired these guys to do a simple job - clear a slow draining pipe. They said it would take an hour. When I came back home for lunch 5 hours later, the "plumber" was still there - cutting open pipes, talking on his cell phone, driving back and forth to the hardware store - all while charging me an expensive rate per hour. They also added lots of extra charges to the bill. When I called them to discuss, they were very rude, claiming "We only make minimum wage here!" On top of that, the pipe didn't drain still so he came back with a teenage helper the next day and charged me much more. I would NEVER hire Ark Plumbing and Heating ever again. Crooks.

Repeatedly gave me false information and refused to take care of the ongoing problems, forcing me to hire other plumbers. He was constantly angling for more money, and seemed ready to do his worst.

Had lots of issues. Billed and invoiced multiple times for travel even though they did not have parts on truck, had different plumbers going back and forth and leaving the job site, with pledges to come back the next day, and they didn't show. Owners wife was very mean spirited in her collection correspondence, charged an "administrative fee" of $119, which is a lame way to bill you for more money, until you realize you can take off this amount if you pay the bill. They were not kind even though they never properly repaired our heating system. A lawyer needs to take these people, it you can call them that, to task, as others have pointed out on Yelp reviews

I have worked with Ark on three home construction projects over the last five years. Work has been professional and on time.
