"No, its Christmas", (28th Dec on a weekday) is not what you want to hear when your Ground floor home has water pouring through the ceiling. Absolutely rude person and awful telephone manner. (Obviously being able to charge £150 an hour at this time of year is not enough for him). At least try turning down potential customers that have chosen to offer you the business, in a polite and maybe sympathetic way. Also I only live minutes away which made it worse. Up until now, I never knew that plumbers had such an attitude, but this was the worst out of all the ones that I called to try and help during that night. (I never did get a plumber in the end). Don't even think about forking out your hard earned money on this selfish, person. Don't register yourself as a 24hr plumber if your not a 24hr plumber! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
