Terrible company. Untrustworthy and unreliable. Aggressive driving is also not good for your company image!

Called to ask for a quote for small repairs. Agreed a time for a visit, didn't show up. I sent a text an hour later to ask if he was coming, said he ran late and asked to come the next day, which I couldn't do. I replied saying I was free next week, I got no further reply. If you arrange a meeting/visit, then you show up or at least contact them in advance if you know you won't show up. That's just common decency surely?! Avoid if you want reliability.

I am a member of the family of the person who paid for the job & I definitely do not have the wrong company here. Some positives & some negatives. I will say no more.

I had a new heating system and various other work completed, and I found them to be knowledgeable and polite. I would certainly recommend them to others!
