Alpha have recently completed my bathroom and en-suite installations. Cannot fault them from design to install all done professionally and on schedule. The project price and fully employed workforce was very reassuring whilst deciding which company to go with.

What an amazing company to deal with! Nothing is too much trouble for Alpha, from start to finish my job was handled with the upmost care and professionalism. I could not be happier with my bathroom install and I am looking forward to my kitchen install next month! The staff are friendly and helpful and made my experience great! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Gemma in office rude, poor attention to detail, wrong items delivered, wrong toilet fitted, tile edging cut short and just filled in with silicon giving a poor finish, grout discolouring and coming out in places after only 2 weeks. Slow to respond to issues, refused contact details of higher management to sort issues. Pete and Luke are polite and do listen but a company is only as good as their action when things go wrong and in this alpha are failing. I could not recommend unless you have everything delivered directly to your own house, check it off as correct yourself and then watch over every aspect of the work in detail. I'm left with a bathroom where the basin and toilet don't match and multiple niggly poor finishes. These could have been resolved more quickly and without Gemma's immature and disrespectful comments. Also I have since found 5* ratings left by staff/family presumably to offset previous poor ratings which is not very honest.
