I wouldn't use them, as they told me there's a call out charge to inspect, no thanks

Horrible. Avoid. Charged over £600 to put in a water pump their "expert" chose which was not suitable and failed within 7 months but the warranty was voided as it should not have been used. Going to court now to get money back, as they wanted even more money to fix THEIR mistake. Don't expect any fairness or professionalism from them - and you won't be disappointed. Why can't I give 0 stars?

Ok so I just tried book an appointment for an estimate twice! They have mixed up the dates and on the second time no-one turned up ! What a waist of TIME! annoyed!
