Aspect

Be very careful with this company. In January 2019 Aspect contacted me in regards to an outstanding payment owed by my former employer. They said that because i booked the job was in my name and therefore i was liable for the outstanding payment. When i expressed that i never knew it was under my personal name and it should be under my employers name and it was a mistake they said i had to get my employer to take responsibly for the charge. With great effort and several emails to Aspect to make sure the wording was correct, Aspect stated in writing that they accepted my employer was responsible and in writing stated i would no longer be pursued. A couple of months later i have received an email from Aspect stating that the employer has not made payment and they are going to seek legal claims against myself for the money. They went back against their own words and are now trying to charge me. They should have never put the account in my name in the first place and then after it was moved to the actual owners name, they are still trying to pursue me for the money after expressly stating they no longer would pursue me. They are the worst company i have ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. Their credit control team are on a power trip and seem to think they are legal lawyers and they can do and say whatever they need to scare people into making payment. Vulnerable people who just pay because they are scared and have been threaten to be taken to court. They have bold faced lied to me and i have it in writing. Not to mention the service they provided was absolutely terrible from start to finish anyways and they never sent the right engineer for the job needed. All in all if you're in need of work i would stir clear of this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY charged me £500 pounds to fit a down pipe to the front of my house. They Sat in the van for an hour and charged me for this time. The people who arrived could not speak English. As a result could not answer any questions. they did not communicate price of parts etc and how long the job would take. I feel robbed and wish I had not made the phone call.

Absolutely terrible company - they will waste your time and money. They will never return phone calls, miss appointments and do not apologize. I highly advise anyone not to use this company!

Horror!!!! Be aware!!! Came 4 hours late stayed 30 minute, asked for the manual and spent 15 minute reading it! then tried to tell me my boiler of 7 years old needs replacing!!!! I later went with the actual boiler compagny 10 minute later my hot water is fixed they are crooks! I now owed 84 pounds to Aspect for someone that came to my house to read the boiler manual!!!! please..... It should be illegal.... Neverrrrrr....

We have used this company for different jobs now and our last experience has confirmed we will be advising our landlord never to use them again. They spent an hour unpacking and repacking their van on multiple occasions when they finally called me they said that my bell was broken and they'd been waiting for an hour. Tested the bell and was working fine. If you need multiple days for a job and they send a new plumber fully expect the new plumber to tell you that all the work the previous plumber did was wrong and they need to do something else. Or as was the case today they actually repeated what the previous plumber had already done. Use a different company if you value your money.
