Everything about Peterson Plumbing was amazing, very professional, upfront and honest. Jeff was a rockstar accommodating my work schedule and making the whole process pretty painless on my end. Buyer beware! I had another company come out and quoted me $1300 for install and $1200 for the same heater Peterson was offering at $5600. I paid $830 bucks to have them clean a broken machine without repairing it. After 6 hours, it still didn't function correctly. It may actually be worse. Before we could start it one in 5 times. Now, it fires one in 20. I will say, the technician installed a pipe very well and the service was well done which is why I am editing this post. Sadly, this repair did not fix my issue. 5 for service on the technician's knowledge and friendliness, 1 for pricing. So three total.

If you had not had HVAC work done in the past I would recommend a couple different quotes from other companies. Very pricey. On the upside they have a good emergency service and will get to you when others can’t. They will give you an upfront quote before any work is done. Be ready to break the bank!

I moved into an older home last year and it has required a total and complete update to the plumbing. I have had their team of professionals to my home several times over the past year and just recently for a complete update to re-plumb the entire home. I am very thankful for the professional work they have done. They have always been prompt and on time. They clean up after their work and have presented several options on how to proceed with each project and different budget options. I feel our customer service has been exceptional and the quality of the work has been perfect. I did contact 3 other plumbing companies to receive estimates and they were definitely competitive. I hired them due to the previous jobs that they had done for me over the past year because of the exceptional customer service. I am thankful they were able to completely replace all of the plumbing. This was a big job and it took 4 days and they were right on budget. Good job Peterson plumbing and heating, I am thankful for your quality and dependability.
