Horrible, had them come down to Delta Junction to clean pipes with a jet wash.. they drove all the way down and didnt do a dang thing.. Looked in clean out and told us out septic is bad.. charged $232.50! To drive down and look in a few pipes with a flash light.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
If all you need is a thawing then they will do just fine. I was having issues with my septic and had them out to my house 3 times in a month and a half, one time with a pumping, and other than one time, where they pumped before they thawed, they spent maybe 15 minutes on the line. Problem is as a plumbing company you'd hope that they would realize that 3 times to the same property for the same issue is not right. All they did was spend their 20 minutes thawing and leave. If you do use them, because they are the cheapest I found, make them stay there for the full hour they are charging you for and steam both sides of your tank so you dont run into the issue I'm having of a frozen leach field and them scratching their heads wondering what is wrong. Like I said, if all you need is a main line thaw, they will be fine but my experience is that they are not fully knowledgeable enough to diagnose or handle any other main concern.

DON'T USE GLACIER POINT!! All I wanted was for them to steam my septic line. I was charged $70 more than last time I used them for the same job. I just spoke to the owner Sean about how I felt like their service guys didn't listen to us, removed our septic pump, and told us we needed a new one. If they tested it, they would have known that the pump was WORKING JUST FINE. We paid the labor for a service that we didn't want or asked for. I told the Shawn that I didn't appreciate not being listened to and I felt like I was being bamboozled. He asked, "Are you done? I don't want a fight you on this." And "I suggest you just don't use us again, please don't." SERIOUSLY?! I was very polite and matter of fact. He was the rude one that escalated the situation. Don't give your money to this company, they don't care about their customers AT ALL!
